Web conferencing is a catch-all term to describe a meeting between remote participants that includes internet-based tools, from VOIP (voice over internet protocol) to desktop sharing to video and powerpoint presentations. We distinguish this from our webinar offerings in that a webinar is in a presentation format while a webconference is a conference call with more visual aids.

Every project starts with a needs assessment. Maybe the solution is as simple as a voice conference call with the materials emailed in advance, or it may be a more complex situation requiring significant preparation. The assessment involves not only you, but your audience. What are their expectations and technical capabilities?

Once we agree on the best solution for your situation, we will work with you on all advance preparation through real-time support and follow up.

Everything we do will incorporate your brand and identity. This is your conference, not Remotocom's or anyone else's.
